The effect of Timelapse and Hyperlapse is the perfect way to show the buzz of city life, the variety of architecture, and of course – the passing of time. My method of hyperlapse is quite technical, and not many people produce them in the same way. The effect is the perfect combination of clarity, smooth movement and precision.
Growing up in a small town in North Wales, I was always fascinated by cities. I remember visiting Liverpool City Centre when I was a young and being in awe of how big the buildings were, the lights, movement and people everywhere you looked – to me it was beautiful. Many years later I decided to learn the craft of Hyperlapse.
My first project was a homage to the city I called my home for 10 years – Leeds, and it went viral in a matter of days. Ever since I have been producing more Hyperlapse films wherever I go. Everyone has a story, and Wedding Cinematography is your chance to tell that story.
