Lisa & Derek – Auckland Wedding Photographer

First and foremost, it’s important to clarify that these  wedding photographs were not taken from Auckland or even New Zealand. I am a dedicated wedding photographer and videographer who has recently made the journey from the Cayman Islands to Auckland, New Zealand. This small and wonderful elopment took place towards the end of 2022 in the Cayman Islands, and it was an intimate and incredibly beautiful occasion featuring a truly charming couple.

The couple sought my services after discovering my portfolio, which not only showcases my expertise as a professional wedding photographer but also highlights my passion for landscape and astrophotography. They were particularly enthusiastic about the prospect of creating unique and enchanting images that seamlessly blended the awe-inspiring natural scenery and the celestial beauty of the night sky. During the wedding, we also enjoyed some creative moments capturing the ethereal glow of their sparklers through long exposure photography. Additionally, we indulged in a delightful “trash-the-dress” session the following morning, with the azure sea as our backdrop.

I am thrilled to have relocated to Auckland, a location that is teeming with exquisite beaches, renowned wineries, and breathtaking vistas.
